The effective date for the validity of these Terms and Conditions of Online Sales is 01-05-2023. With the publication of a new version the validity of all previous versions expires. This privacy policy describes what data about you is collected by us, what this data is used for and under what conditions, if any, this data can be shared with third parties. We also explain to you how we store your data, how we protect your data from misuse and what rights you have in relation to the personal data you provide to us.

WHAT DATA DO WE COLLECT?

When you subscribe to our newsletter online, fill in our contact form, request a quote or make other requests for any of our services, you will be asked to enter data. In that case, we will only process the data you provide to us. This may include the following data:

  • Phone number

  • Chamber of Commerce number
  • Username

Data automatically collected by our website is processed with the aim of further improving our services. These data (e.g. your IP address, web browser and operating system) is not personal data. 

WHY DO WE STORE YOUR DATA?

Your data is collected and stored for the following purposes:

  • to provide you with a response after you have completed a (contact) form;
  • to provide you with a quote;
  • for the performance of an Agreement, if we will perform services for you or if you purchase products from us; and
  • for analysing statistics and trends in your visiting behaviour of our website.

WITH WHOM DO WE SHARE YOUR PERSONAL DATA?

Our website is developed with Shopify software, we have chosen Shopify for our webhosting. Personal data that you make available to us for the purpose of our services are shared with this party. Shopify has access to your data to provide us with (technical) support, they will never use your data for any other purpose. Based on the Agreement we have concluded with them, Shopify is obliged to take appropriate security measures. These security measures include the use of SSL encryption and a strong password policy of SSL encryption and a strong password policy. Regular backups are made to prevent loss of data. Where appropriate, G. Felleg B.V. may be required by law to share your data in connection with government tax or criminal investigations. In such a case, we are forced to share your data, but we will resist within the possibilities offered by law.

SECURITY OF PERSONAL DATA

We have taken appropriate technical measures to secure personal data against loss or other forms of unlawful processing. These measures, including encryption using an SSL certificate and two-factor authentication ensure a level of security appropriate to the data we process.

CUSTODY

We do not keep your data longer than necessary for the purpose for which it was received. When you unsubscribe from our newsletter, your personal data will be removed from the system within three months. The data you share with us by filling in our contact form will be deleted within 30 days of requesting deletion. We keep the data in our CRM system and accounting system for at least seven years, partly to comply with our legal obligation. The aforementioned period applies unless there are further legal obligations for us to retain and/or keep the data available for longer.

YOUR RIGHTS

You always have the right to withdraw your consent to the processing of your data, after which we will no longer process your data. Withdrawing your consent does not affect the lawfulness of our data processing on the basis of your consent, which took place before such withdrawal.

You also have the right to access your personal data and the right to rectify your personal data. If you want to know what personal data we process about you, you can make a written request for inspection. Should your data be incorrect, incomplete or irrelevant, you may request in writing that we amend or supplement your data.

Furthermore, you have a right to erasure of your personal data, a right to restrict processing and a right to object to processing. In addition, you have the right to transfer, or make your data transferable. For this too, you can make a written request.

We reserve the right to make changes to this privacy statement. The changes will take effect at the time announced.
