Shipping policy

G. Felleg B.V. delivers orders throughout the Netherlands and to 82 countries internationally. An indication of the delivery time is given for each product in our webshop. If you order several products, the delivery time depends on the product with the longest delivery time, because your order will be delivered all at once. After completing the order, you will receive a confirmation email with a link which allows you to change the delivery date.

DELIVERY TIMES AND COSTS

Delivery times and charges are calculated based on the region and country you are ordering from. We will manufacture and ship your order within 8 business days of receiving it.

Additional shipping costs and extended delivery times may apply to international orders.

You will find any transport or shipping costs in your shopping basket or on the Agreement.

INFORMATION ABOUT YOUR ORDER

You will receive a Track & Trace code of your order by email as soon as the order is dispatched. You can then track the order on the carrier's website (link is in the email).

Do you have a question about the status of your order? Please email your name and order number to info@fleirs.com. The order number can be found on the order confirmation you received by email.

If you are not at home, the carrier will deliver the order to your neighbours. If this is not possible, the carrier will leave a notice in your letterbox. With the code on this notice, you can indicate via the info@fleirs.com email address when we can visit you again. You can also choose to have your order delivered to your neighbours or to a Package pickup point. If you do not make a choice, your order will be offered again the next day (up to a maximum of 1 time).
