WARRANTY POLICY
You may expect the products delivered to possess the properties required for their normal use of which you do not need to question its presence. In consultation with G. Felleg B.V., it can be laid down in writing at the conclusion of the Agreement that the products delivered must also possess the properties required for a certain special use thereof. In that case, you may also expect the delivered products to possess the properties needed for this special use and the legal rights offered to you by Dutch law also apply for the lack of properties needed for this agreed special use. However, G.Felleg B.V. may in that case stipulate that the additional warranty periods and provisions below do not apply to the lack of these properties. This shall be laid down in writing when the Agreement is concluded.
YOUR STATUTORY RIGHTS
Dutch law provides you with certain legal rights in case the delivered products do not comply with the Agreement. The warranty provisions below are without prejudice to these legal rights and therefore do not limit your legal rights.
START OF THE WARRANTY PERIOD
The guarantee periods start from the moment G. Felleg B.V. has delivered your order.
WARRANTY CONDITIONS
To claim the warranty, you must meet the following conditions:
- You can prove that you made the purchase from G. Felleg B.V. (by showing the proof of purchase);
- You have used the product according to the instructions provided.
MONEY BACK WARRANTY
In case you are not satisfied with your purchase, return it to us according to our Return Policy for a replacement. If we cannot help you find a replacement product, and the product does not possess the properties do for normal use of which you do not need to question its presence, we will refund you the original purchase price.
Please note that:
- shipping costs will not be refunded;
- the money-back guarantee does not apply to custom-made products.
PRODUCT WARRANTY
We offer:
- 12-month warranty on (all) our duvets
- 6 months guarantee on (all) our pillows
SCOPE PRODUCT WARRANTY
Your warranty covers you against hidden defects and technical faults, such as:
- loose stitching of the cover; and
- manufacturing defects, such as holes or fabric defects, escape of feathers/down from the product, migration or clumping of the filling.
If you successfully invoke the product warranty, we will send you a new product free of charge.
Your warranty does not cover:
- incidental damage. This type of damage may be covered by your household insurance;
- any loss resulting from inability to use the product or any loss in excess of the purchase price of the original item;
- damage caused by abuse, misuse, non-household use or unexpected wear and tear (such as letting animals sleep or walk on the product);
- intentional damage or neglect of the product;
- maintenance, inspection or cleaning of the product, and failure to follow the manufacturer's instructions; and
- unhygienic duvets, pillows, mattress protectors or toppers.
CLAIMING UNDER WARRANTY
If you wish to claim under the warranty, please send an email to our customer service department info@fleirs.com. Proof of purchase is required. The date on which you notify us of a defect will determine the application of the above warranty scheme.
