The cover and filling of our beautiful premium category duvets are made from the finest materials. The grey pure Hungarian goose down provides excellent filling that is deservedly recognised all over the world. Due to its extremely high filling power, we get a light, foamy duvet.
Thanks to high-end Hungarian down, we can produce the highest quality duvet even with a filling of lower weight. The luxury goose down loosely surrounds our body, and thanks to its wonderful ability to absorb moisture, it ensures a pleasant sleep even on the coldest and the warmest of nights.
The goose down is stuffed into a shell made of 100% combed cotton with a satin-woven, completely down-proof treatment. This cotton fabric is outstandingly soft-to-the-touch. It is the only material suited to casing luxury goose down. The very high TC number gives the characteristic airiness of the textile. The optical white colour gives its surface shine.
The duvet is delicately framed by double-stitched satin piping that provides multiple layers of protection. This enhances the elegance of the product with its soft pastel colours.
A valuable luxury product that can maintain its high quality for up to 10-15 years, as long as it is protected from external contamination. All of our duvets can be ordered in individual sizes and can be produced with any desired amount of filling. In this case, the delivery deadline may also change. What size pillow should I get?
The most common pillow size in the Netherlands is 60x70 cm.
What is the composition of a goose down product?
We can talk about a goose down product if at least 70% of the filling is goose down.
Pure goose down has 100% down in it and nothing else. This is extremely rare though, and is significantly more expensive than products with a down content of 90-95%.
How high is the filling power of goose down?
The filling power of feathers is around 500 cubic inch, while goose down of the highest quality can reach more than 800 cubic inch filling power. It is extremely rare to find a material with higher filling power.
Why are the prices of down-filled duvets and pillows so different?
Many manufacturers and retailers offer down-filled bedding products.
These products are excellent investments, however, are far from cheap, so it is worth paying attention to all the details included in the product descriptions, as a lot of factors affect the prices.
Duck or goose? Or perhaps mixed filling?
The most valuable filling of these is pure goose down filling.
Where does the goose down come from?
The origin of goose down highly affects the final price of the product.
